Americas Technician Services started in Denver, CO in the summer of 2015. Since its creation, the owner of Americas Technician Services, Aaron Yelenick has expanded the business from local to regional, and now national.
“At Americas Technician Services, we are up when your computer is down. We are in the middle of a national rollout and are on track to having 300 markets and over 400 technicians by the end of 2016.”
The company started with one technician and one dispatcher to handle incoming calls for the Denver/Superior area. In the spring of 2015, Aaron expanded to 12 locations across California and Texas. In the Fall of 2016, Aaron took what he learned from the regional expansion and began work on the national expansion.
“There have been a lot of ups and downs rolling our services out all over the country. When a company is expanding as rapidly as we are, there are bound to be growing pains. We evaluate and streamline our processes and workflow on a daily basis.” Aaron said.
Aaron says that he is planning to keep the headquarters in Denver, CO. “There is no reason to move it anywhere else, and I wouldn’t want to. With the advances in mobile technology and the internet, the HQ can be anywhere I want it to be.” Aaron said.
Americas Technician Services is a 24-hour on-site technology service. Technicians are now all over the country (48 states), servicing small businesses and residential clients. The company does not have office locations in the different markets.
Instead, all of the technicians are mobile and always go to the client.
Aaron said, “We are unique because our technicians have flexible schedules and our overheads are extremely low. Meaning, we can be less expensive than our competitors and service our clients on their time frame.”
Americas Technician Services’ expansion will encompass the entire US when it is finished. “The goal is to have a tech within 20 to 30 miles of everyone in the country,” Aaron said.
“Because at Americas Technician Services, we’re when your computer is down!” A fitting slogan for an industry that truly never sleeps.
